What is FDBK?

FDBK is a feedback board for product teams: each product gets a public board where users suggest ideas, report bugs and vote without an account, with a roadmap and changelog that update as the team changes statuses. It's for software companies that want feedback for several products in one inbox, at a flat price that never grows with users or votes.

There's a free plan with no time limit (1 board, unlimited users, votes and posts). Pro costs US$ 29 a month and Business US$ 49 a month.

FAQ

Is FDBK's free plan really free?

Yes. One board with unlimited users, votes and posts, no card and no time limit. Pro adds more boards, private boards, single sign-on, update emails and the integrations.

Does FDBK charge per user?

No. Users, votes and posts are unlimited on every plan. Plans differ in boards, team seats and features.

How do I pay?

With a card in US dollars. In Brazil you can also pay by Pix or card in reais, prepaid for 1 or 12 months.

What happens if I stop paying?

After a 3-day grace period the workspace goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: boards, posts and votes stay, and paid features switch off until you come back.
